THE E-LEAVE SYSTEM

Catering to the needs of Human Resource Management, we were engaged to create an online leave application system.

This online leave application system is hosted on our main server that ensures a highly secure encrypted web based backend system to keep track of the users leave records.

Employees and the Managers of the company using this system are provided with their login information via email.

Through this E-Leave system, employees and managers are able to view their leave records, leave applications, reimbursement records and reimbursement applications online. This minimized the use of paper in the company and provided the efficiency of looking up leave and reimbursement information.

Application of leave will trigger an email that will be sent to the manager. The manager will then login to the system to approve or reject the leave application by the particular employee. Employees will know if their leave application has been approved or rejected online.

THE ONLINE EMPLOYMENT PASS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

This online employment pass management system is a system that allows the administrative assistants, managers of the company’s expatriates and the expatriates to manage the employment pass details online.

By logging on to the system, administrative assistants and managers will be able to know the employment passes that have expired and those that are expiring.

With the system’s automated check on expiring employment passes, administrative assistants will receive emails on the employment passes that are expiring in a stated period of time. With this information, the administrative assistant will be able to keep track of those passes that are expiring and enquire with the manager, then with the Ministry Of Manpower on the extension of the passes.

Managers, upon receiving the email of his/her employee’s expiring pass, can log on to the system and choose an option with the number of months to extend the pass. An email will be generated from the system and thus, be sent to the administrative assistant to process with the Ministry Of Manpower.

This online employment pass management system maximizes the efficiency of keeping track of hundreds of expatriates’ records and ensures accuracy of data for the administrative assistants and managers.
